At KBP Aesthetics, we are committed to providing the safest and most enjoyable experience for every client. Please review our policies below to ensure a smooth and successful visit.
Age Requirement
To receive treatments at our clinic, you must be 18 years or older. Please bring a valid ID with you, as you may be asked to verify your age prior to your appointment.
Late Arrival Policy
We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to proceed with your treatment, and you will need to reschedule. Please note, in this case, your booking fee will be forfeited.
Children in the Clinic
For safety and clinical reasons, we cannot allow children or babies into the clinic. We appreciate your understanding in maintaining a safe environment for all clients.
Consent and Medical History Forms
Before your treatment, you will be required to complete a consent form and provide your medical history. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you will inform us of any medical conditions, ongoing treatments, medications, allergies, or past reactions (such as anaphylaxis). If you attend your appointment and any of these factors make you unsuitable for treatment, we will be unable to proceed, and your booking fee will be forfeited.
Photo Consent
At the time of your appointment, you will be asked to sign a photo consent form. This form will indicate whether you give permission for your photos to be used for marketing purposes, including on social media and other online platforms.
Booking Fee
A non-refundable booking fee of £35 is required to secure your appointment. This will be applied to your total treatment cost. If you cancel, the booking fee will not be refunded. However, if you need to reschedule, you can do so up to two times with at least 72 hours’ notice, and your booking fee will transfer to the new appointment.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 72 hours, a £50 last-minute cancellation fee will apply. This also applies if you fail to show up without prior notice. The cancellation fee is charged in addition to the loss of your non-refundable booking fee. Please note, this fee is applicable regardless of the cost of your treatment, as we could have scheduled another client in that time slot.
No-Show Policy
If you do not attend your appointment and provide no prior notice, you will lose your booking fee and will be required to pay the full treatment cost upfront for any future bookings. Additionally, a £50 last-minute cancellation fee will apply. This policy also applies if the cost of your treatment is less than the cancellation fee, due to potential scheduling conflicts.
Privacy Policy
We collect personal information, including your medical history, in order to offer appropriate care. This information is confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent. Please ensure that your details, especially medical information, are kept up to date. Your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email) will be used solely for appointment purposes and will not be shared without your permission.
