This policy applies to consultation appointments only. Separate terms apply to treatment bookings.

Your £50 booking deposit

A £50 refundable booking deposit is required to reserve your consultation.

Your consultation is an opportunity to discuss your concerns, explore suitable options and ask questions. There is no obligation to book or undergo treatment.

After you attend

If you decide not to proceed, need time to think, or we advise that treatment is unsuitable, your £50 deposit will be refunded in full. You do not need to give a reason or book another appointment to receive your refund.

If you choose to book a treatment, you may ask us to apply the £50 towards its cost instead. We will explain the separate treatment booking terms before you agree. Your consultation deposit will not automatically become a treatment deposit.

Cancelling or rescheduling

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice before your appointment start time.

With at least 48 hours’ notice, you may:

Cancel and receive a full refund; or
Reschedule and transfer the full deposit to your new consultation.

To cancel or reschedule, use the booking management link where available, or contact us using the contact details in your booking confirmation. A clear cancellation message is sufficient; you do not need to wait for our reply for your notice to count.

Less than 48 hours’ notice or missed appointments

If you cancel or request to reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, or do not attend, we may retain an amount from your deposit to cover reasonable, actual loss directly caused by the missed appointment, of £50.

Please contact us as soon as possible if illness or an emergency affects your attendance. We will consider individual circumstances fairly.

Late arrival

Please let us know if you are running late. We will accommodate you where possible. If there is insufficient time to complete a proper consultation, we may need to rearrange it. Any deduction will follow the same fair-loss approach described above.

If KBP Aesthetics cancels

You may choose a full refund or transfer your deposit to a new consultation date.

Refund processing

We will issue refunds to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of attendance or cancellation where a refund is due. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. No administration fee will be deducted from a full refund.

Online and telephone bookings

If you book online or by telephone, you may also have a statutory 14-day cancellation right. Where this applies, cancelling within that period before the consultation starts will result in a full refund, even if your appointment is less than 48 hours away.

If you request a consultation within that period, we will obtain any express request or acknowledgement required by law. Attending does not change our promise to refund your deposit if you do not proceed or need time to think.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
